Bay Creek begins work on next village

Bay Creek Resort & Club, Virginia’s premier coastal resort here, today announced that it has begun work on Phase I Bayside Village, the largest village planned for the resort.

Designed as a neo-traditional neighborhood, Bayside Village features architecture and street patterns reminiscent of intimate and picturesque coastal villages. Phase I, which is scheduled for completion this summer, includes a beach-front community park, recreational beach, supporting residential infrastructure, and landscaping that complements the natural setting along the Chesapeake Bay.

Bayside Village is another example of the resort’s commitment to thoughtful design and innovative planning. It will be distinguished by expansive views of the water, inviting neighborhood walks, gardens, and various activity areas.
