Bay Creek Marina offers fishing rods and reels for rental at The Complete Angler for resort guests.

Town of Cape Charles Municipal "Fun Pier"
Mason Ave. at Bay Ave.
For casual fun or fishing with small children, the Cape Charles pier may be a good option. The pier is located adjacent to the public beach, at the west end of Mason Avenue. No fishing license or fee is required to fish from the pier.

Campground with fishing pier (with underwater lights to attract fish), walking trails, and gentle beaches - located 7 minutes south of Cape Charles. No fishing licence is required from the pier, but a valid Virginia saltwater fishing licence is required for fishing from the shore. Small fees apply.
