The Cabana Room

(44’x44’, 1,936 sq. ft.) Located above AQUA restaurant in the Marina Village. Our premium wood folding chairs and white paneling make this room especially beautiful for weddings. The room features:

• Ceramic tiled floor, area inside pillars is slate tiled
• Elevator to the Cabana Room from AQUA
• 4 A-frame skylights make up the vaulted ceiling of painted wood rafters
• Ceiling height at apex is 25ft. Bamboo ceiling fans throughout
• Private Restrooms
• Fireplace
• In-room Full Service Marble Bar
• Event Capacities: 120 for a seated dinner reception with dance floor; 150 for a cocktail style reception, with dance floor
• Meeting Capacities: 75 Theatre Style Conference; 50 Classroom Style
• Wireless Internet and A/V Equipment Available

The Coach House Tavern

This beautiful building was constructed from reclaimed bricks and lumber to resemble a 19th century Virginia stable with a dramatic timber-framed ceiling. Coach House Tavern is an ideal location for a comfortable rehearsal dinner or other smaller events.

• Brick Floor and Walls, colonial style
• High vaulted timber ceiling, rafters exposed, black iron chandeliers
• Provides guests with views of the green hills of our Signature golf courses and blooming gardens
• In-room Full Service Bar
• Restrooms adjacent
• Capacities: 50 Seated, Dinner or Buffet setup. No dance floor.

Alternative Event Locations

Bay Creek has many locations around the resort that are wonderful for events of all kinds. Hold a meeting on our sunny pier or in the cool atmosphere of AQUA, make your wedding day extra special in our Garden Gazebo, or have a party on the beach!

AQUA Restaurant

With its signature blue tiled columns, comfortable open spaces, back-lit bar and breathtaking views of the Chesapeake bay, AQUA is a perfect location for larger receptions. Availability depends on the group size and the time of year. Please consult the Event Coordinator.

Marina Pier

If you prefer to be married on the water, Bay Creek’s Marina Pier is the perfect location for your ceremony. Also great for cocktails or sunset wine tastings!

Garden Gazebo

Adjacent to boxwood gardens and ponds. Another covered ceremony option is the gazebo along the Plantation Pointe gardens. The Gazebo is most attractive in the spring and summer when our knock-out roses and flowers are in full bloom. The Gazebo features bloom-covered arbors over the walkway leading to the Gazebo – making your wedding party approach extra special!

Bay Creek's Private Beach

If you want to be married in the sand, Bay Creek’s private beach is gorgeous, especially at sunset.

Outdoor Tent on the Lawn at AQUA

Celebrate summer at a tent party on the lawn at AQUA. The lawn is adjacent to the beach, elevated from the water. Tent rental must be handled by the group's event planner - but we are happy to provide this location as a prime spot for tent installation. We'll be happy to help you secure your tent rental from one of our preferred vendors.
