Full Membership

Bay Creek Resort & Club offers full members the opportunity to play our two top ranked golf courses for one affordable monthly rate (does not include preferred cart fee rates.  Walking is allowed for members only). Members will also be able to enjoy all of the future amenities that will make Bay Creek Resort & Club the preeminent facility of its type in the mid-Atlantic.

Additionally, Golf Members will receive complimentary VSGA Handicap tracking, be eligible for all tournaments hosted by the Club for members, receive preferred pricing on guest fees and resort/club purchases and receive charging privileges throughout the entire resort. Full Members will be required to pay a refundable membership deposit according to the Membership Plan.

• 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature golf course & 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.  These courses have been designed with tee placements that will be a challenge to the low-handicapper while creating an enjoyable golfing experience for all levels of players. The golf courses at Bay Creek Resort & Club are the focal point of the Club and the Bay Creek at Cape Charles Community as they wind through the residential neighborhoods and villages.
• Golf practice facilities. Unlimited use practice facility including the driving range, a practice chipping area, bunker and a putting green is located adjacent to the Golf Clubhouse.
• Tennis Facilities.  Our tennis facilities currently include 2 courts; a teaching program of clinics and private lessons may be planned for the future.
• Preferential Treatment.  Members are entitled to receive a 15% discount on all food and non-alcoholic beverages and selected soft goods purchases (excluding sale merchandise), and a discount of 15 cents per gallon on fuel purchases.  Members also receive preferential tee time reservation privileges.
• No Assessments/No Monthly Food and Beverage Minimums

Future Amenities

• Beach Club.  A new Beach Club and Fitness Center will soon begin construction. Whether you’re challenging yourself to a strenuous workout, watching the big game in the Member Lounge or relaxing in the sunshine by one of the outdoor pools, Bay Creek’s new Beach Club and Fitness Center will offer amenities for all ages. Currently scheduled to open in 2012, this modern facility will be an exciting addition to Bay Creek.
  The Beach Club and Fitness Center will be located in Bayside Village and will include a 3,000-square-foot member lounge and a cardio area perfectly situated to take in spectacular views of the parks and the Chesapeake Bay. Time for a swim? Take a dip in our indoor lap pool, or try one of two outdoor pools. A splash zone for kids and an aquatics play area are perfect for families. And when it’s time to dry off, there will be a kid’s game room and a snack bar.
  Searching for a great workout? The fitness area will feature a circuit and strength-training area with high-end equipment from LifeFitness, Hammer Strength and Cybex. Cardio equipment will include treadmills and elliptical machines with attached LCD TVs. • Golf Clubhouse.  The Manor House Golf Clubhouse of approximately 39,000 square feet will feature attractive dining areas and lounges where members may gather, along with the traditional golf pro shop and locker rooms. It will also house an impressive array of golf memorabilia, including one of Arnold Palmer’s Master trophies, in the Hall of Champions.
   
• Resort Facilities.  Bay Creek Resort & Club will offer exquisite lodging, fine dining, spa and other facilities overlooking Chesapeake Bay. The Resort Facilities are bordered by the Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, Chesapeake Bay and inland marshes.

$20,000 Refundable Deposit. Installment option available.

2011 Monthly Dues

*To qualify for Out of Town dues, the member’s primary residence must be at least 100 miles from the Community.
